Return & Refund Policy

  • You have 15 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, Email us at  your item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it. If your item was damaged in the unlikely event of shipping please attach pictures of the condition of the container and the items after unpacking. This will help us in filing a claim with the shipper.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. (Make a photocopy of your invoice)
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through PayPal to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Shipping! You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Damaged in Shipping:
If your order was damaged during shipment, We will need photographs of the damage, including pictures of the packaging, if possible. We will then be able to file a claim with Carrier and proceed with issuing all appropriate refunds for the order.

Unclaimed Returns:
If an item is unclaimed or returned to us by the carrier, you will be contacted and will have 7 days to pay an additional shipping charge to resend the order. If this charge is not paid after 7 days, a refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the order will be issued, and the item(s) will no longer be available.
