Fun time in Boston, Have you been there?

Went To Boston and not just for tea.

Boston Common Dating from 1634, it is the oldest city park in the United States.

I have never been east of the Mississippi! until I moved to Wisconsin in 1981 and that’s as far east of the river I have been.

Until we took a trip to Boston for a long weekend. It was December 4, 2017, and the weather was just perfect. We spent 4 full days walking and riding in temps that were above 45 degrees and sunshine.

God was making sure we enjoyed this time in Boston. (Maybe because our founding fathers believed in Him enough to fight for a free nation.) The history in this city is overwhelming and yet! stunning. From the Buildings to the stories.

The city was all lighted up for the holidays which made this experience even more enjoyable. We spent a lot of time just walking in the Common Wealth Park, there’s a lot that goes on there, and everywhere we wanted to visit we ended up walking thru the park to get there.

One of many Street Vendors

In the park, you will find many activities and street vendors of various types and styles, But don’t worry there not over intrusive and really a lot of fun to watch. There is an Ice skating rink in the park and statues of history that’s well worth seeing.

Boston is a must visit destination you have never been there . There is so much to see and enjoy. The history of the begging of our nation is worth seeing and experience here.
